Serves: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs. beef tips or stew meat
- 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom condensed soup
- 1 beef bullion cube
- 1/3 soup can of water
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 family-size boil-in-bag white rice
- Place all ingredients, except rice, in slow cooker. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
- Cook rice according to directions.
- Serve beef and juice over rice.
