Beef Tips & Rice

Recipe From: Mom (Karen Williams)
Serves: 4

  • 1 1/2 lbs. beef tips or stew meat
  • 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom condensed soup
  • 1 beef bullion cube
  • 1/3 soup can of water
  • 1 tbsp. grated onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 family-size boil-in-bag white rice
  1. Place all ingredients, except rice, in slow cooker. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
  2. Cook rice according to directions.
  3. Serve beef and juice over rice.
