Makes: 56 tea sandwiches
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 green apple, cored and finely chopped
- 1/2 red apple, cored and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack shredded cheese mixture
- 28 slices firm white bread, crusts removed
- Using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sugar together.
- Add apples, walnuts, celery and cheese to mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Spread onto a slice of white bread and top with slice of bread. Cut into 4 triangle sandwiches.
