Serves: 4
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 10 tbsps. butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut raw boneless chicken breasts into approximately 2-ounce chunks and place in 9x13-inch pan.
- Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, then pour the mixture over the chicken pieces.
- Bake in for 10 minutes. Stir and bake another 10 minutes. Place chicken under broiler for 3 to 4 minutes until brown, if desired.
Special Note
- If you do no want to put under broiler, continue to cook in oven for additional 10 to 15 minutes.
