Recipe From: Cooking Light Magazine
Makes: 3 cups
- 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup strawberries, halved and frozen
- 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, undiluted
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.
