Yummy Breakfast Drink

Recipe From: Cooking Light Magazine
Makes: 3 cups

  • 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved and frozen
  • 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, undiluted
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.
