Makes: 2 quarts
- 1 lb. fresh cranberries
- 1 orange, seeded and peeled
- 5-6 red apples, cored and peeled
- 2 cups sugar
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Wash cranberries thoroughly and drain. In a blender, grind cranberries coarsely in about 2 cups of water. Drain well.
- In a blender, grind apples coarsely in about 2 cups of water. Drain well.
- With a knife, cut up orange into small chunks.
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
NOTES:
− This is the perfect side-dish for your holiday turkey.
− Great topper for turkey sandwiches.
