Peeling Peaches
Heat a large pot of water to boiling, and drop in the peaches. Cook for 20 seconds to 1 minute; the riper the peaches, the less time they need. Remove the peaches from the water with a slotted spoon, and place them in a bowl filled with ice water. Pick them out and use a paring knife or your fingers to remove the skins, which should slip right off, leaving picture perfect peaches. (Tip from Cooking Light Magazine.)
