Makes: 1 9x12-inch pan
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 6 tbsps. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly coat a 9x12-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Blend together sugar, oil, eggs, cocoa, and vanilla. Add flour; mix. Spread into 9x-12-inch pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
NOTE:
− To mix it up, add peanut butter chips to your brownie batter before baking.
